Returns
We accept returns for any product within 24 hours of the delivery date. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After this time period, we will not be responsible for any refund or exchange. We will only accept returns that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for the return of the product and dispatch of the replacement. Delivery
We offer free delivery for orders above £500 within a 10-mile radius of our store. For orders below £500, there is a delivery charge of £30 within a 10-mile radius of our store. If you are located outside of this radius, please contact us for delivery charges.
Refunds
We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, less any shipping charges if applicable, once the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
